ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

We are seeking a resilient, persistent, and high-performing individual who thrives under pressure and can navigate demanding work environments with confidence and determination.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional patience, unwavering commitment, and a strong work ethic. We're looking for someone with a high tolerance for challenging situations and a steadfast drive to achieve targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any related field.

CPA license or certification is an advantage but not required.

Experience:

At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

Background in accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

Experience using accounting software (Acumatica, ERP or similar systems).

Skills:

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Knowledgeable in BIR compliance, bookkeeping, and government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Other Requirements:

Trustworthy, reliable, and can work with minimal supervision.

Can handle pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Team player with a positive work attitude.
