Collections Specialist (HVSCCS)
About the Role:

HVS Credit Collection Services is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Collections Specialist to join our growing team in Bulacan. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, negotiating payment solutions, and ensuring professional communication with clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Debt Recovery: Initiate contact with clients via phone, email, and text to discuss past due accounts and secure payments.
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate payment plans, settlements, and resolutions that adhere to company policies and client capabilities.
  • Account Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all collection efforts, payment agreements, and client interactions in the company database.
  • Customer Service: Handle client inquiries and disputes professionally and ethically, ensuring a positive resolution while maintaining compliance.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly reports on collection performance, aging of accounts, and follow-up activities.
  • Compliance: Ensure all collection practices comply with Philippine laws and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
  • High School/Senior High School graduate required (College degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance is a plus).
  • No experience required; we are willing to train enthusiastic fresh graduates. (For Officer roles, specify: 1+ years of experience in credit and collections.)
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills over the phone.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic in challenging situations.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong sense of urgency to meet collection targets.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office or Google Workspace).
