Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in handling modern and general trade or key accounts (FMCG experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of modern and general trade operations, category management, and trade promotions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop business relationships with key modern trade accounts
  • Negotiate listings, shelf space, and trade terms to optimize product visibility and profitability
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and promotional execution
  • Monitor sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends
