We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Specialist/Accountant with 3–5 years of solid experience in accounting, particularly in account analysis, financial reporting, and core accounting functions. Supervisory experience is not required, but the role involves coordinating with staff and supporting accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger management.
  • Analyze and reconcile accounts, including preparation of accurate and timely adjusting journal entries.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
  • Coordinate and assist staff by answering inquiries, guiding processes, and supporting day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth workflow (no supervisory experience required).
  • Coordinate and support annual audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
  • Review, evaluate, and recommend improvements to accounting systems, processes, and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, with strong focus on account analysis and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations, accounting standards, and audit requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
