About the role

Foodee Global Concepts is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to oversee the south area operations of our llaollao frozen yogurt brand. This is a full-time role based in Metro Manila, with responsibility for ensuring the efficient and profitable management of multiple llaollao stores in the region.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of llaollao stores in the south area, ensuring optimal performance, customer service, and compliance with brand standards
  • Provide hands-on leadership, training and support to store managers and teams to drive sales, productivity and profitability
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
  • Develop and execute marketing and promotional plans to drive brand awareness and sales growth
  • Analyse business performance data to identify trends and opportunities, and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with the regional and national teams to align on strategies and contribute to the overall success of the llaollao brand
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and operational regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a multi-unit management role, preferably in the food and beverage
  • Strong operational, financial and people management skills, with a proven track record of driving performance and profitability
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and develop teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
  • Passion for the food and beverage industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Familiarity with the Metro Manila market and strong local market knowledge
