Overview

Serve as the front-line leader, ensuring smooth store operations, strong customer satisfaction, and consistent adherence to llaollao's high-quality service and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Training

Supervise, coach, and motivate team members during shifts. Train new hires and support continuous staff development, ensuring they understand product knowledge, operational standards, and service expectations.

  • Customer Experience Excellence

Ensure customers enjoy a welcoming environment. Address inquiries or complaints promptly and maintain the store's clean, organized, and inviting look.

  • Daily Store Operations

Efficiently manage day-to-day tasks: opening and closing procedures, monitoring inventory, preparing and displaying yogurt and toppings per safety and freshness guidelines, and maintaining equipment.

  • Cash & Sales Management

Skillfully operate the POS system, handle various payment methods accurately, and perform end-of-shift cash reconciliations. Generate reports like sales summaries and inventory updates for management.

  • Inventory Oversight

Track and manage stock levels, coordinate supply orders, and ensure accurate reporting of inventory to prevent shortfalls or overstock.

  • Reporting & Communication

Keep upper management informed through regular shift and performance reports. Communicate operational challenges or team concerns in a timely manner.
