As a Store Supervisor at llaollao, you will assist the Store Manager in leading the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness and product quality, and supporting the team to meet sales targets. You will act as the shift leader and play a vital role in creating a positive work environment and delivering the llaollao experience to every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily store operations and team performance during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety are maintained.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle any complaints or feedback professionally.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support stock ordering and receiving.
  • Train and motivate staff to follow SOPs and deliver quality service.
  • Manage POS operations, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation.
  • Ensure product consistency and quality according to brand standards.
  • Assist in visual merchandising and promotional activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Enforce company policies, health and safety standards, and ensure compliance with all regulations.
