We are looking for
a Talent Acquisition Consulta
nt to:

  • Run end-to-end the recruitment process.
  • Prepare job descriptions based on the information provided by our clients.
  • Job posting in the ATS and the different recruitment sources approved by the company.
  • Ability to manage different interviews: initial screening, technical interviews, and interviews with the hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager in negotiating and deciding the final candidates.
  • Fill positions such as: Customer Service Representative, Administrative Assistant, Bookkeeper, Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk, Property Manager, Community Association Manager, and Maintenance Coordinator, among others.
  • Other duties that may be assigned.

Schedu
le: Monday to Friday | Graveyard Shift

11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Manila time.

Minimum requirements.

MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).

  • Associate degree in human resources, psychology, or similar.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Ability to identify the best talent, be an active listener, and good attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, goal-oriented, and proactivity are key factors.
  • It's a plus: previous experience working with financial positions.

Have your own equipment (laptop or desktop). The device must comply with the following specifications:

  • Operating systems: Windows 10/11 or MacOS
  • CPU: 1.8 GHz or faster processor
  • RAM: 2 GB or more
  • Hard drive: 128 GB or more (preferably Solid State Drive).
