About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Officer/Manager to join our dynamic team at All Done 88 Construction Corporation. In this full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's accounting operations and financial reporting. This is a critical position that will have a direct impact on our success and growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and analysing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  2. Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  3. Ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping of all financial transactions
  4. Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts
  5. Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  6. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
  7. Providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management
  8. Supervising and mentoring junior accounting staff

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the construction or real estate industry
  2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  3. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is preferred
  4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
  7. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
