We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources initiatives in Taguig, Philippines. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws. What You'll Do:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent
Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively
Conduct performance management reviews and provide feedback
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
Design training programs for employee development
Analyze workforce trends to inform strategic decisions

What Were Looking For:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or related field
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proficient with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities
