Job Description:

  • Develop and execute long-term business strategies to achieve company objectives and maintain a competitive edge in the retail market.
  • Identify new market opportunities and lead expansion initiatives, including physical stores, e-commerce, and omnichannel retailing.
  • Oversee all aspects of retail operations including supply chain, merchandising, inventory management, customer service, and logistics.
  • Optimize business processes and implement performance metrics to ensure efficiency, profitability, and scalability.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability while managing costs and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with the CFO to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Build and retain a high-performing leadership team aligned with company values.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity.
  • Protect and enhance the brand's reputation while ensuring a consistently excellent customer experience across all channels.
  • Serve as the primary spokesperson for the company, maintaining strong relationships with vendors, regulators, and the broader business community.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior executive leadership role within the retail industry.
  • Deep understanding of retail operations, merchandising, supply chain, and customer experience across physical and digital platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business development, and organizational leadership.
  • Strong financial acumen and track record of driving profitability and growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in leading cultural transformation, digital innovation, or turnaround initiatives is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
