Position Overview

The Sales Manager oversees the sales department, leading strategies to drive revenue growth, manage the sales team, and ensure alignment with company goals. This role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to build and motivate a high-performing sales force.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales Appointment Setters and Sales Closers.
  • Analyze sales performance data and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align sales initiatives with overall business strategy.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the executive team.
  • Ensure customer-centric approaches in all sales activities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in digital marketing, training, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and scale sales teams.
  • Strong track record of achieving and surpassing revenue targets.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.
  • Strong history of setting and achieving KPIs (e.g., sales conversion rate, pipeline growth, average deal size).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
