Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for building and expanding the sales pipeline, nurturing leads, and creating new customer opportunities. You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to design strategic outreach campaigns, optimize CRM performance, and drive consistent business growth across global markets.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 2 to 3+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or account growth
  • Proven track record in business development or new business sales, with at least 3 years of experience in lead generation, pipeline management, or customer acquisition
  • Demonstrated long-term experience with any CRM platform (Zoho experience preferred); must be able to guide the team on CRM best practices
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and familiarity with digital prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar); the company is open to providing the necessary tools for the right candidate
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills with experience working alongside Sales and Marketing teams
  • Self-starter, goal-oriented, and motivated by targets; comfortable with proactive outreach and developing growth strategies

Your Daily Tasks

  • Build, grow, and manage a healthy sales pipeline by identifying and converting new business opportunities (approximately 70% new business development and 30% existing business growth focus)
  • Analyze customer and CRM data to uncover sales insights, trends, and areas for revenue expansion
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams to design and execute campaigns, including win-back and lead-nurturing initiatives
  • Engage proactively with potential customers-beyond inbound inquiries-to generate new opportunities
  • Develop sales strategies, set measurable goals, and monitor performance metrics to ensure consistent pipeline growth
  • Utilize CRM tools (currently Zoho) to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate reporting
  • Share best practices and mentor the team in CRM optimization and usage
  • Use appropriate digital sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho, or other recommended platforms) to identify and engage with key decision-makers; the company is open to providing necessary tools to support the role
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities to Account Managers
