Gym Reinforcements is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representatives to join our growing team and support our clients. In this role, you'll be responsible for selling fitness programs and challenges to leads from our clients' databases. We proudly represent over 100 gyms across the US, Canada, and the UK

Position Details
  • Title: Sales Rep (Experienced with GHL)
  • Type of Work: Part-Time to Full-Time
  • Hours per Week: 20–40
  • Compensation: $8/hour starting rate + bonuses & commissions
Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospects
  • Send daily text blasts
  • Generate new leads and follow up on hot leads
  • Conduct cold calling and cold emailing
  • Manage social media communications
  • Maintain trackers, dashboards, and CRMs
  • Convert leads into sales via phone, email, text, and DMs
  • Utilize and manage GoHighLevel (GHL) for lead tracking, automation, and communication workflows
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in outbound sales and appointment setting (required)
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a must
  • Availability to work 8 hours/day, Monday–Friday, during US time zones
  • Reliable laptop/PC, functional webcam, and noise-cancelling headset
  • Stable internet connection and power supply with backups
  • Dedicated home workspace with minimal background noise
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and advanced computer skills
  • Social media management experience is a plus
