Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Qualify Leads:
     Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, networking, and targeted lead generation strategies.
  • Negotiate and Close Sales:
     Drive the sales process with strong negotiation skills, effectively closing deals to meet or exceed targets.
  • Cultivate Client Relationships:
     Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business, referrals, and sustained growth.
  • Achieve Sales Targets:
     Consistently meet or surpass assigned sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrate Product Expertise:
     Provide in-depth product knowledge to clients, ensuring effective presentations and informed purchasing decisions.
  • Develop Sales Strategies:
     Create and implement tailored sales strategies to maximize opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • At least 2 yrs Experience in the relevant industry (aesthetics derma)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong presentation and demonstration abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing or any related field
