LeTS Shared Services Inc is looking for IT Inside Sales Reps for a Content Delivery Network CDN) and IT Security Company.   The role is for Bilingual, Malay and English Speaking Sales Reps to sell to Malaysia.

We are looking for aggressive and tenacious IT Sales Representatives responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects as well as closing business in a B2B type of sales engagement.  This is a completely work from home position, full time for three (3) months to a year.

I PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Finding potential clients through various channels.

·      Understanding customer needs and identifying potential sales opportunities through lead qualification.

·      Answering potential customers questions and sending information.

·      Engaging clients through phone, email, and video calls to gauge their timelines, year ends and budget seasons.

·      Following up on timelines and customer requirements.

·      Demonstrating products or services effectively.

·      Staying informed about competing products

·      Upselling products and services

·      Negotiating and securing deals to meet or surpass sales goals.

·      Keeping precise records of sales activities and client interactions within CRM systems.

II JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Academic Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering

Work Experience:

·      Minimum 2 year experience in an outbound sales center or related position.

·      Must have prospected leads in network hardware and software and /or cybersecurity products in an inside sales capacity.

·      Basic understanding of the network.

·      Basic understanding of Cybersecurity foundational practices.

·      Must have used CRM tools like SalesForce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or Zoho.

·      Must have been able to close net new IT sales in the past.

·      Excellent Phone and cold calling skills.

·      Must have Presentation Skills (English).

·      Must be willing to work long hours
