Key Responsibilities:

1.  In-charge in financial transactions

●Collection activities: Collection of Outlet Sales, Collection of Non-outlet Sales, Collection of Receivables from Clients, Collection of Receivables from Distributors, Collection of Advances to Employees, Collection of Employees' Share on Labor Contribution, Collection of excess cash from Liquidation of Cash Advance.

●Disbursement activities: Payment for Operational Expenses, Payment for Distributor Share , Payment for Statutory Liabilities, Payment to Creditors, Payment to Suppliers.

●Deposit: Deposit 100% of the branch daily sales to the company's nominated bank account.

An Accounting Officer, before processing any of the above activities, shall make sure that they all meet the following criteria:  Complete, Valid, Authorized.

2. Generation of different reports

An Accounting Officer is responsible in sending accurate and timely financial reports namely:

●Recording/Generating of Daily Gross Sales Report.

●Recording/Generating Of Daily Outlet Expenses

●Recording/Monitoring of Outlet Inventories

●Recording/Generating Of Branch Expenses

3.  Other Activities

●Filing of Accounting Records

●Encoding Of Vat Sales(Receipted Sales)

●Encoding of Vat Expenses ( Purchases)

●Updating Daily Sales in the shared Google template(for Operation used in decision making)

●Downloading of Daily DSR & Weekly Inventory, Receipts/Any Attachment That Supports The Financial Transactions Of The Outlets

●Advices of Financial Transactions (Vouchers & Receipts)

Others

1.   Perform other functions as may be assigned by the Immediate Head and or Top Management from time to time.

Requirements and skills

● Similar experience as a Staff Accountant or relevant role in accounting

●Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel; very good with spreadsheets

● Knowledge of an accounting information system is a plus

●Good math skills, Attention to detail

●Strong organizational and communication skills, Confidentiality and integrity
