  • Input and organize claim information accurately in the system
  • Collect and file needed documents (e.g. receipts, medical reports)
  • Help review claims for errors or missing info
  • Assist with simple investigations or follow-ups
  • Support in processing and settling claims

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of experience in Non-Motor/Motor Claims or insurance claims
  • Background in administration or customer service is a plus
  • Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word) and claims software
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • A team player with a proactive attitude
  • Amenable to work in Mandaluyong
