Claims Assistant

Help ensure smooth and efficient processing of insurance claims. This role supports the claims team with documentation, investigation, and customer communication.
- Input and organize claim information accurately in the system
- Collect and file needed documents (e.g. receipts, medical reports)
- Help review claims for errors or missing info
- Assist with simple investigations or follow-ups
- Support in processing and settling claims
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year bachelor's degree
- 2 years of experience in Non-Motor/Motor Claims or insurance claims
- Background in administration or customer service is a plus
- Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word) and claims software
- Organized, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- A team player with a proactive attitude
- Amenable to work in Mandaluyong
