About the role

ATOMIT Corp. is seeking a talented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and reporting for our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in Customer or Account Monitoring activities, follow ups
  • Perform data entry, analysis and data reports
  • Conduct data accuracy review, variance analysis and report out of it
  • Review expense claims, filing and reconciliation of expense files
  • Acts as operations coordinator to follow up open items for closure
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline inter-department dependencies

What we're looking for

  • Degree in General Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in supporting operation activities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
