Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.
  • Build custom solutions across SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 services.
  • Integrate M365 applications with external systems via APIs, connectors, and custom logic.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Develop reusable components, templates, and automation frameworks.
  • Perform workflow optimization, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Implement governance, security best practices, and proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, product owners, and other developers.
  • Support ongoing enhancements and production troubleshooting for existing workflows and integrations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • At least 3+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 development or automation roles.
  • Strong hands-on development experience with Power Automate (Cloud Flows) and Azure Logic Apps.
  • Solid understanding of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and related M365 services.
  • Experience integrating with REST APIs, Graph API, connectors, and webhook-triggered workflows.
  • Familiarity with JSON, expressions, dynamic content, and workflow patterns.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-structured automation logic.
  • Good analytical, communication, and requirements-gathering skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Power Apps development (Canvas or Model-driven).
  • Azure Functions or low-code custom connectors.
  • Basic scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript).
  • Experience with enterprise integration patterns or BPM solutions.
