Procurement Assistant

Job Summary:
The Procurement Assistant is responsible for managing and controlling all procurement-related documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficient recordkeeping. This role supports the procurement team by maintaining purchase orders, contracts, service agreements, and other related documentation in both physical and electronic formats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and track procurement documents, ensuring version control and accuracy.
- Organize and archive files in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and other departments for document completeness and approvals.
- Support audits by providing up-to-date and accurate records.
- Implement and maintain document control procedures.
- Safeguard confidentiality of sensitive procurement information.
- Conduct periodic reviews to update or remove obsolete records.
- Maintain monitoring sheets for purchase requests and contracts.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the department head.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and document management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
