About the Role

We're looking for passionate and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Healthcare Support Associates. In this role, you'll provide administrative and operational assistance to U.S.-based healthcare professionals and ensure smooth daily workflows for clinics and medical offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide reliable support to U.S. healthcare providers and their patients.
  • Manage communication via calls, emails, or chat while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
  • Process data, records, and other administrative tasks aligned with client requirements.
  • Work closely with team members to meet performance goals and deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • 1–5 years of experience in the BPO industry, preferably with healthcare, customer service, or technical support exposure.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open to working flexible schedules aligned with U.S. business hours.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative work environment.
