JOB DESCRIPTION:The Site Admin and IT Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and IT support at the construction site. This role ensures smooth daily operations by handling administrative tasks such as hiring coordination, timekeeping, inventory management, and documentation, while also overseeing the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of essential site IT systems including CCTV, Wi-Fi, and satellite communication. The position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient coordination between the site and head office, maintaining proper records, and supporting overall site operations with professionalism and technical expertise.

JOB QUALIFICATION:Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field). At least 2 years of relevant experience in site administration and IT support, preferably in a construction or engineering environment. Hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting CCTV, Wi-Fi routers, network connectivity, and basic satellite systems.

Experience in HR support functions such as timekeeping, attendance tracking, and basic hiring processes. Strong background in site inventory control, documentation, filing, and report preparation. Skilled in coordinating with head office and suppliers.
