Job Description:

As a key member of our technical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of architectural and construction projects. Your expertise in coordinating with project teams, supervising CAD teams, and reviewing plans will be crucial in delivering high-quality results.

You will work closely with the project manager to resolve discrepancies and design issues, and ensure that all drawings released on site are accurate and up-to-date. Your ability to perform quality assessments, report non-conformances, and recommend value engineering measures will also be essential.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be responsible for maintaining good housekeeping practices within the project site and ensuring the implementation of our company's safety and security program.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate of BS Architecture
  • Proven 3 years working experience as Technical Services Group (TSG) lead or CAD supervisor in construction industry preferably in vertical construction or high-rise buildings
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard CAD software for architectural and construction drawings
