  • Coordinates with the Project Team on the technical details of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing & sanitary, and fire protection works of the project.

  • Supervises the preparation of body plans, wall setting out plans, shop drawings, as built drawings, and all other plans and drawings assigned to the department.

  • Attends and at certain times, conducts technical meetings and plan review meetings.

  • Reviews the architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing & sanitary, and fire protection plans.

  • Reports discrepancies or design issues between the architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing & sanitary, and fire protection plans to the Project Manager and shall prepare the necessary clarificatory documents.

  • Monitor and follow-up the resolution of the discrepancies or design issues in the construction drawings.

  • Report to the Project Manager with the delays in the resolution of design issues and prepare follow-up correspondence to CMT/PMT.

  • Report discrepancy between BID plans and For Construction Drawing (FCD).

  • Report changes from PMT/CMT site instructions and/or PMI.

  • Ensures that the drawings released on site for implementation are accurate and updated.

  • Performs quality assessment of site works through daily observation, measurement, and inspection.

  • Reports non-conformances to the Project Manager.

  • Assists the project team in ensuring good housekeeping within the project site.

  • Ensures that the company's safety and security program is properly implemented.

  • Recommends value engineering or cost-saving measures to the Project Manager.

Educational Attainment:

  • Graduate of BS Architecture

  • Professional License is an advantage but not required.

Work Experience:

  • Proven 3 years working experience as Technical Services Group (TSG) lead or CAD supervisor in construction industry preferably in vertical construction or high-rise buildings.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard CAD software for architectural and construction drawings

  • Demonstrated experience supervising CAD teams of 3-5 drafters and coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams
