About the role
We are seeking a dedicated WATCHMAN/TIMEKEEPER to join our team at Giovanni Construction in Agusan del Sur, Caraga. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining accurate records of employee attendance and work hours to ensure efficient operations and compliance with company policies.
What you'll be doing
- Monitor and record employee arrival and departure times using a time-keeping system
- Maintain detailed logs and records of employee attendance, overtime, and any other relevant information
- Communicate with employees regarding discrepancies or issues with timekeeping
- Assist with the preparation of payroll records and reports
- Ensure the security of the workplace by monitoring and controlling access to the premises
- Perform general security duties, such as patrolling the site and reporting any incidents or concerns
- Support the overall administrative and operational objectives of the construction business
What we're looking for
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Proficient in the use of timekeeping and record-keeping systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of payroll and HR processes
- Previous experience in a similar watchman or timekeeper role is preferred
