Key Responsibilities:

· Handle domestic and international flight, hotel, and transport reservations for client employees.

· Provide real-time support and travel consultation to client staff.

· Coordinate with the agency's main office for complex itineraries or group bookings.

· Process travel approvals, documentation, and itinerary confirmations as per company policy.

· Ensure all bookings comply with the client's corporate travel policy.

· Maintain updated travel profiles and preferences for frequent travelers.

· Monitor and relay any changes in schedules, cancellations, or travel advisories to concerned employees.

· Assist with visa coordination, insurance, and other travel-related support services, as needed.

· Prepare and submit daily or weekly travel reports and transaction logs.

· Act as a liaison between the client and the travel agency to resolve issues and maintain service standards.

· Ensure professional presence and confidentiality while working within the client's office.
