Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled
ServiceNow Developer
to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow development best practices, including customization, scripting, integrations, and module configuration. You will collaborate with stakeholders across IT, HR, and other business functions to automate processes, enhance user experiences, and ensure the platform supports organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement
    new ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
  • Customize and configure
    ServiceNow forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, client scripts, and notifications.
  • Develop and maintain integrations
    between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
  • Collaborate with process owners
    to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Implement best practices
    for platform governance, data management, and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues
    with ServiceNow functionality, performance, and integrations.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
    , providing technical input and ensuring sprint deliverables are met.
  • Maintain documentation
    for configurations, customizations, and procedures.
  • Stay current
    with ServiceNow releases and new features, recommending upgrades and enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years
    of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Proven experience with
    JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and REST/SOAP APIs
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    ITIL processes
    and how they are implemented in ServiceNow.
  • Experience with
    ServiceNow Studio
    , Flow Designer, and Script Includes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow & performance analytics
  • Expert in ServiceNow platform integration & ServiceNow development
  • Knows Digital Integration Management, APM, ACL, Notifications & Business Rules
  • Must be willing to work in an India-based time zone
