Job Summary:

The Project Engineer (Civil) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. The role involves ensuring that all civil works are executed according to design specifications, within budget, and on schedule.

Job Description:

  • Oversee construction site day-to-day operations
  • Assist in the preparation of project schedules and manpower allocation.
  • Coordinate with architects, suppliers, and other engineers to ensure all project requirements are met.
  • Review and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Oversee and monitor civil works at the project site to ensure adherence to design and specifications.
  • Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
  • Verify quantities and ensure materials used are within project requirements.
  • Ensure proper implementation of project plans and timely completion of milestones.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure work quality aligns with project and industry standards.
  • Identify and resolve any technical issues or deviations on site.
  • Assist in cost estimation, quantity take-off, and procurement of materials.
  • Prepare and review project billing, variation orders, and documentation for project records.

Pay: From Php24,000.00 per month
