The position is responsible for assessing and managing pipe leaks of the projects assigned to. The NRW Engineer also conducts training to NRW personnel. He is also expected to review processes and propose projects to reduce Non-Revenue Water.

Job Qualifications

  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer
  • With background in leak detection and/or NRW
  • Highly analytical; excellent problem solving and people skills
  • Executes tasks with utmost professionalism and integrity
  • With Driver's License and can drive light vehicle

Job Level

  • Entry / Team Lead

Working Conditions

  • Field work most of the time
  • Amenable to visit any of APEC Homes projects
