About the role

Airmix Enterprise Construction Incorporated, a leading construction company, is seeking a talented QAQC Engineer to join our team in San Mateo Rizal. As a full-time QAQC Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our construction projects, contributing to the overall success and integrity of our work.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) plans for construction projects
2. Conducting regular site inspections to monitor compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety standards
3. Reviewing construction drawings, materials, and workmanship to identify and resolve any non-conformances
4. Documenting and reporting on QAQC activities, including the identification and tracking of issues and corrective actions
5. Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely resolution of QAQC-related concerns
6. Providing training and guidance to on-site personnel on QAQC best practices
7. Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices in quality assurance and control

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in any engineering course
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a QAQC Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry
3. Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality control procedures
4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and technical documents
5. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
8. Familiarity with relevant construction codes, regulations, and industry standards
