  • Prepare and cook authentic local and chinese dishes
  • Ensure food presentation, taste, and quality standards are met
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the kitchen area
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and storage
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff as needed
  • Develop or enhance menus with a focus on local flavour

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a chef or cook specializing in local cuisine
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen safety, and hygiene standards
  • Creativity and passion for Filipino or Chinese cooking
  • Leadership skills and team player attitude
  • Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
