Job Title: Waiter (Chinese Restaurant)

Location: Four E-Com Center East Tower, Pasay City

Salary: ₱18,128 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Waiter to join our team at a well-established Chinese restaurant located in Four E-Com Center East Tower, Pasay. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, previous experience in food service, and a passion for creating a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations when needed.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly while ensuring high-quality presentation.
• Monitor tables and attend to guest needs throughout their dining experience.
• Assist in setting up, cleaning, and resetting tables.
• Handle guest complaints politely and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
• Process payments using POS or other payment systems.
• Ensure compliance with restaurant safety, hygiene, and service standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the food service industry.
• Preferably with experience in Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Western, or local restaurants.
• Familiar with restaurant service procedures and basic computer skills (POS system knowledge is a plus).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be friendly, enthusiastic, proactive, responsible, and service-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
