About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Banking Insurance Account Representative to join our dynamic team at AUXILIA INC'. As a Banking Insurance Account Representative, you At least 1YR BPO EXP. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling a wide range of inquiries and transactions. This is a full-time role based in our Pasay City, Metro Manila office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and empathy
  2. Process banking and insurance-related transactions, such as account openings, fund transfers, and claims processing
  3. Provide detailed information and guidance to customers on our products and services
  4. Identify and address customer concerns, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the banking or insurance industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable navigating various software systems
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
  5. Passion for providing high-quality customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
  6. Flexible and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  7. Fluency in English and the local language(s) is a must
