We're looking for a
Coaching Team Leader
who can elevate performance, execute strategy with precision, and build a strong, disciplined coaching culture. If you excel in team oversight, performance management, and data-driven decision-making, this role is for you.

The Coaching Team Leader is responsible for driving the success of the coaching function through strong oversight, operational excellence, and strategic execution. You will ensure your team consistently delivers high-quality coaching sessions, maximizes lead conversion, and adheres to standards and processes that support both student success and organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure leads are
    distributed equitably
    and aligned with coaching capacity
  • Execute
    optimized lead assignment strategies
    for maximum contact and conversion
  • Handle escalations, including
    unresponsive leads
    , coaching concerns, or systemic issues
  • Ensure full compliance with tools, templates, documentation, and process standards
  • Monitor and review key coaching KPIs
  • Review coaching session quality using scorecards or checklists
  • Conduct regular audits of coaching outputs, notes, and documentation
  • Provide targeted feedback and improvement coaching to uplift team performance
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the coaching team to meet or exceed targets
  • Conduct structured coaching sessions, huddles, and performance reviews
  • Strengthen team discipline, execution consistency, and accountability
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, high-performance team culture


Qualifications

  • Experience in a call center, team leadership, or performance management
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into action
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and feedback-giving skills
  • Well-organized, process-oriented, and highly accountable
  • Familiarity with coaching tools and CRM systems is a plus
