ChaYi' is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Junior Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the creation of visually stunning designs that drive our brand and marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with our senior design team and key stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting in the conceptualization and design of a range of marketing collateral, including digital and print materials
  • Developing eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for our website, social media channels, and advertising campaigns
  • Ensuring design work aligns with our brand guidelines and visual identity
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions to generate new creative ideas
  • Providing support in preparing files for print or digital production
  • Collaborating with the wider marketing team to understand and meet their design needs

What we're looking for

  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a junior or entry-level graphic design role, preferably in an agency or in-house design team
  • Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong eye for design, layout, typography, and colour theory
  • Ability to translate creative concepts into visually appealing designs
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with design trends and best practices
