Job Title: Paid Ads Specialist

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Setup: Office-Based (Clark, Pampanga)

The Paid Ads Specialist is responsible for the setup, management, optimisation, and reporting of paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads for the client.

This role ensures campaigns stay within Cost Per Lead (CPL) targets, performance is proactively monitored, and clients are clearly informed of their results. The role requires someone confident, data-savvy, and technically skilled in tracking and attribution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

DAILY:

  • Monitor Meta and Google Ads campaign performance across all client accounts.
  • Identify issues proactively and apply fixes to underperforming campaigns.
  • Stay informed of platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes.

WEEKLY:

  • Conduct detailed weekly performance checks per client.
  • Submit WhatsApp summaries with key metrics (spend, CPL, conversions, next steps).
  • Review all accounts for CPL compliance and flag any concerns.
  • Join team check-ins with the Account Manager to align on strategy.

MONTHLY:

  • Create and send clear, visual monthly reports (Google Ads, Meta, GA4).
  • Analyse campaign trends and identify scale/improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager for monthly strategy reviews.
  • Verify and validate all tracking and attribution tools (UTMs, GTM, GA4, Meta Events).

QUARTERLY:

  • Conduct quarterly performance audits vs. industry benchmarks.
  • Participate in strategy sessions to forecast seasonal/client goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (lead generation campaigns)
  • Deep understanding of metrics: CPL, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate
  • Familiar with tracking tools: Google Tag Manager, UTMs, GA4, Meta Pixel & Events
  • Clear, confident communicator (especially in writing)
  • Able to explain complex data in plain language
  • Confidently push back or propose improvements where necessary 
  • Detail-oriented and accountable
  • Proactive: solves problems before they escalate
