Overview:

  • We are looking for a creative and data-driven Paid Media / Marketing Content Specialist to join
  • our team. This role will be responsible for managing paid digital campaigns across multiple
  • platforms, while also developing engaging marketing content to support brand awareness, lead
  • generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Conduct audience research to identify target segments and develop tailored ad strategies.
  • Create and manage ad copy, visuals, and landing pages aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across paid and organic channels.
  • Develop marketing content including blog articles, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing tools.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in paid media management and content creation.
  • Proficiency in paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
