Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO & E-commerce)

Work Set Up: On-site

Schedule: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PH Time

Job Location: NEPO Site 386 Rizal Extension (Cutcut IT Park), Corner Corazon St., Angeles City, Philippines

Quick Rundown:

This role focuses on managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, supporting SEO improvements, and driving e-commerce traffic and conversions. The person will collaborate with management to plan digital advertising strategies and analyze performance for ongoing optimization.

What Youll Do:

  • Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns focused on ROI and conversions

  • Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports

  • Conduct keyword research and manage ad budgets efficiently

  • Implement SEO best practices for product and landing pages

  • Support content optimization for ecommerce listings and marketing campaigns

  • Coordinate with the ecommerce and sales teams to align campaigns with promotions and key products

  • Stay current on Google Ads policies, tools, and digital marketing trends

What Were Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of experience managing Google Ads or PPC campaigns

  • Google Ads certification preferred not required

  • Basic understanding of SEO and ecommerce performance metrics

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics and Tag Manager

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
