Role Overview

As an AdOps Media Planner, you'll own the creation of revenue-driving media plans in response to agency RFPs or proactive sales opportunities. Working closely with Sales, AdOps, Marketing, and Editorial teams, you'll craft innovative campaign ideas that showcase our unique audience data, content capabilities, and ad products.

Key Responsibilities

- Media Plan Development

- Build comprehensive, client-ready media plans from RFP briefs or from scratch.

- Recommend optimal ad formats, audience targeting, reach/frequency, pricing, and added-value tactics.

- Align proposals with client KPIs (brand awareness, engagement, conversions).

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with AdOps to validate inventory, technical specs, and trafficking feasibility.
  • Collaborate with Editorial for custom content, sponsored articles, or social takeovers.
  • Work with Marketing to bundle email blasts, social amplification, and on-site merchandising.
  • Ideate creative concepts that differentiate DTMG from competitors.

  • Client-Facing Support

  • Join sales calls to present plans and field questions from agency planners/buyers.
  • Revise proposals based on feedback while protecting yield.
  • Deliver post-campaign performance recaps and upsell opportunities.

  • Inventory & Market Intelligence

  • Monitor programmatic floors, direct-sold rate cards, and seasonal trends.
  • Stay ahead of industry tools and competitor offerings.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.

- 2–4 years of digital media planning or ad operations experience (agency or publisher side).

- Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM), tagging, and RFP responses.

- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, pricing models) and PowerPoint/Google Slides.

- Excellent written and spoken English – client-facing experience required.

- Willing to work US hours (night shift PH time, approx. 10 PM – 7 AM PH time).

- Familiarity with Google Campaign Manager 360, Moat, IAS, Nielsen, SimilarWeb, or Comscore is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php75,000.00 per month
