We're moving fast and automating faster. We need a Senior Power Platform specialist who can design, ship, and scale enterprise-grade
Power Automate
flows and
Power Apps
(Canvas & Model-Driven) without drama. You'll own end-to-end delivery—from requirements to production—while keeping performance tight, governance clean, and stakeholders unblocked.

What you'll own

• Translate business outcomes into scalable solutions across
  Power Apps
  ,
  Power Automate (cloud + desktop)
  ,
  Dataverse
  , and
  Power Platform connectors
  .
• Build resilient
  cloud flows
  (HTTP, approvals, scheduled, event-driven) with robust error handling, retries, concurrency control, and logging.
• Develop
  Canvas and Model-Driven Apps
  with clean UX, role-based experiences, offline patterns, and maintainable
  Power Fx
  .
• Design secure, shape-correct
  Dataverse
  schemas, business rules, and security roles; optimize for performance and scale.
• Integrate with core systems (M365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, REST/SOAP, on-prem via gateway) and own API contracts and throttling strategies.
• Implement
  ALM
  best practices: Solutions, environment strategy (dev/test/prod), source control, pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub), automated tests.
• Stand up platform
  governance
  : Center of Excellence, DLP policies, environment guardrails, auditing, and licensing hygiene.
• Instrument apps/flows for
  telemetry and monitoring
  (e.g., Application Insights, Dataverse analytics, custom logs) with dashboards and alerting.
• Partner with product/ops to prioritize, slice, and ship work quickly; unblock decisions with data and clear trade-offs.
• Mentor makers and engineers; codify reusable components, templates, and reference patterns.

• Shorter cycle time from request to value, measured by adoption, NPS, and reduced manual effort.
• A governed, scalable Power Platform estate with predictable releases and minimal regressions.
• High-signal telemetry enabling proactive reliability and cost control.

What you bring

• 5–8+ years building enterprise solutions with
  Power Apps
  and
  Power Automate
  , including complex, high-throughput scenarios.
• Deep hands-on with
  Canvas Apps
  ,
  Model-Driven Apps
  ,
  Dataverse
  ,
  Power Fx
  ,
  Business Rules
  , and
  cloud/desktop flows
  .
• Strong integration chops (custom connectors, Azure Functions/Logic Apps, Service Bus, webhooks, Graph API).
• Proven
  ALM
  experience: solutions-first development, managed/unmanaged strategy, pipeline automation, environment variables, connection references.
• Governance mindset: CoE toolkit, DLP policies, RBAC, auditing, and tenant-level controls.
• Performance tuning: delegation, query optimization, pagination, parallelization, and API limit management.
• Comfortable operating at speed—prioritizing ruthlessly, communicating crisply, and landing changes safely.
• Certifications a plus:
  PL-400 (Power Platform Developer)
