We are looking for an Automation Developer who can design, build, and maintain automated workflows across our internal systems. This role is perfect for someone who loves turning manual, repetitive processes into clean, reliable automations using tools like Power Automate, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, and OpenAI/API integrations.

  • You will work closely with our operations, HR, finance, and project teams to understand current workflows and convert them into efficient, end-to-end automated solutions that reduce errors and save time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate (cloud + desktop).
  • Integrate systems such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and third-party APIs.
  • Implement AI-driven automations (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, GPT prompts, document extraction, JSON parsing).
  • Automate document processing: contract intake, PDF extraction, metadata tagging, filing systems, notifications.
  • Set up approval flows, reminders, triggers, and scheduled jobs.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing automations.
  • Create documentation, SOPs, and flow diagrams for all automations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and build practical, scalable solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel automation, and Power Apps (nice to have).
  • Basic experience using APIs, JSON, and HTTP actions.
  • Experience integrating with AI models (OpenAI or Azure OpenAI) is a strong plus.
  • Ability to design end-to-end workflows and think in systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with workflow automation in operations, HR, finance, or IT is an advantage.

  • Power BI exposure
  • Experience with invoice automation, document management systems, or billing workflows.
