Techforce Group Limited is searching for a Power Platform Developer to work on our transformation projects, multiple industries in Hong Kong. By integrating Microsoft Power Platform with Agent AI capabilities, you'll deliver smarter, faster, and more adaptive tools that drive progress and transformation at scale.

Role Summary – Shape Business Solutions that Make a Difference

In this role, you'll harness Microsoft Power Platform and Agent AI to revolutionize how business units operate, automate workflows, and leverage data. You'll be key to shaping digital solutions that simplify complex challenges, improve efficiency, and unlock new value for teams and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create next-generation apps using Power Apps and Agent AI, delivering smart interfaces and guided experiences.
  • Develop automated and intelligent workflows with Power Automate and Agent AI, streamlining tasks and introducing self-learning processes.
  • Design advanced dashboards in Power BI, harnessing AI-driven analytics for actionable business insights.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to uncover needs and deliver meaningful, technology-powered outcomes.
  • Continuously enhance and troubleshoot Power Platform plus Agent AI solutions, ensuring reliability and improvement.
  • Empower users through training and support—promoting the full adoption of AI-augmented tools throughout the organization.
Requirements
  • Background or experience in technology, software development, or intelligent business solutions.
  • Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and a curiosity for AI and automation.
  • Eagerness to learn in a multidisciplinary setting and communicate across teams.
  • Problem-solving skills, creativity, and commitment to growth and innovation.
  • Appreciation for data, integration, and continuous improvement; prior experience with AI-driven platforms is a plus but not required.
