ROLE SUMMARYThis role owns the accuracy, automation, and continuous operation of Starbond's KPI management system. You will pull data from multiple platforms, automate reporting pipelines, maintain dashboards, and ensure leadership receives accurate, timely, complete KPIs every week—without manual cleanup from managers.You are the system builder who makes our data reliable.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES1. KPI Data Automation & ReportingBuild automated data pipelines for all departmental KPIs (Sales, Marketing, Amazon, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, Finance).Ensure data is pulled from the correct system, mapped properly, and updated on schedule.Maintain a single source of truth dashboard (Looker Studio or Power BI).Validate numbers for accuracy and flag discrepancies immediately.2. Integrations & Tools ManagementIntegrate APIs or connectors for:QuickBooks, Katana MRP, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics, Slack forms, CRM (Pipedrive), Klaviyo, etc.Manage automations using: / Zapier, Google Apps Script, BigQuery, or similar tools.Create scripts or no-code automations to remove manual work for managers.3. Continuous KPI ImprovementWork with each department head to refine KPI definitions and data sources.Document every pipeline, sheet, and automation (SOPs + diagrams).Improve dashboard usability and consistency across departments.4. Data Quality AssurancePerform weekly data audits for accuracy and completeness.Fix broken automations, missing data, API changes, or formula issues.Ensure all KPIs are populated before leadership meetings.SUCCESS PROFILE (What Great Looks Like)Zero missing KPIs — all numbers accurate, complete, updated automatically.80–90% automation rate achieved within 90 days.CEO and managers no longer chase data manually.Dashboards load instantly with clean, consistent formats.All KPI systems are documented, stable, and scalable.You proactively identify better ways to track and automate metrics.You communicate clearly and escalate early when data sources break.REQUIRED SKILLSStrong experience in:Automation tools , Zapier, Google Apps Script)BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)Databases or spreadsheets (BigQuery, SQL, Google Sheets mastery)Comfortable working with APIs and integrations.Excellent attention to detail — accuracy is non-negotiable.Ability to translate messy data into clean dashboards.Strong systems thinking and process documentation skills.Experience building KPI reporting systems is a major plus.KPIs FOR THIS ROLEReport Accuracy: 99–100%Automation Completion: % of KPIs automatedDashboard Timeliness: All dashboards updated before weekly meetingsError Resolution Speed:
