We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Operations Coordinator to join a boutique B2B marketing agency that partners with entrepreneurial tech sector firms.

We are looking for the following specific requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • Strong B2B marketing background (8–10 years), with 4+ years in marketing operations/RevOps; agency or consulting experience strongly preferred
  • Deep expertise in MarTech platforms; HubSpot expertise (Marketing, Sales, and Content) with ability to design and maintain robust automations and cross-system workflows using native tools
  • Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot integrations across HubSpot, Salesforce, enrichment tools, webinar/event platforms, ad platforms, and GA4
  • Experience implementing and analyzing multi-channel programs (email, paid media, events/webinars, content syndication) and tying results to pipeline and revenue
  • Strong command of data architecture and governance, including taxonomy, deduplication, normalization, and consent management
  • Proficiency in building actionable dashboards and reports (HubSpot, Looker Studio, or similar)

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Design, build, and maintain workflow automations in HubSpot and external tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)
  • Manage integrations across marketing, sales, and analytics platforms
  • Oversee lead lifecycle stages, scoring, and routing across systems
  • Implement data governance, taxonomy, and campaign tracking standards
  • Configure and maintain attribution models to connect marketing activity to pipeline/revenue
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports with actionable insights
  • Support both internal and client-facing teams with martech stack administration and optimization
  • Document processes and train stakeholders on tools and best practices
  • Partner with leadership to evaluate, pilot, and operationalize emerging technologies

Working hours: Full-time, US EST core hours, with flexibility for client meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php70,000.00 per month
