Job Description – Telesales Representative

Position Overview:

The Telesales Representative is responsible for outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and

securing confirmed appointments for the Fieldforce team. This role is the first touchpoint of the

sales funnel and plays a critical role in driving customer engagement and pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily outbound cold calls to potential customers based on provided leads.
  • Qualify prospects by identifying decision-makers and customer needs.
  • Book and confirm appointments for Fieldforce and record details in HubSpot.
  • Maintain accurate call records, reach statistics, and appointment outcomes.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets (calls, reach, appointments).
  • Coordinate with Fieldforce to ensure appointment quality and readiness.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and customer responses.

KPIs:

  • Number of Calls (daily/weekly)
  • Number of Reach (contacts made with decision-makers)
  • Number of Appointments Booked
  • Appointment Show-up Rate

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and handling rejections.
  • Organized and detail-oriented in tracking leads and activities.
  • Experience in telesales or call center environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
