Data Entry Specialist

Qualification:

  • Graduate with bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, IT or any related Field.
  • Experience in using Power BI
  • Expert in Excel
  • Familiarity with data cleaning and transformation using tools
  • Knowledge of SQL for querying databases and extracting relevant data
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all databases are regularly refreshed and maintained.

  • Develop and expand Thinklogic database.

  • Maintain database security and accuracy.

  • Ensure Tele-Specialists have up-to-date data for higher lead conversion.

  • Strictly follow GDPR guidelines for data acquisition and storage.

  • Secure the database by developing policies, procedures, and controls.

  • Prepare reports on data performance and issues for higher management.

  • Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.

  • Devote full working time and attention to assigned duties.

  • Act diligently and faithfully to serve the company's interests.

  • Comply with reasonable and lawful directions from the Account Manager and/or Business

Director.

  • Work jointly with designated personnel as required by the Company.

  • Provide necessary data reports to the Account Manager and/or Business Director.

  • May be assigned additional equivalent status responsibilities as a Telemarketer.

  • Perform all other functions as assigned by management.

  • Adhere to the company's Rules and Regulations stated in the handbook and memorandums.

  • Ensure Real Time database Health Rate.

  • Identify data issues which causes data shortage and present solution.

  • Responsible for Database growth.

  • Reports Data Progress to Managements on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually basis.

  • Manages Data from across channels, Website, Emails, Third Party Data, Raw Database.

  • Supervise Data Entry Specialist to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

  • Works closely with Client Services and Quality Assurance Team.

  • Directly reporting to Data Analyst.

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

Fixed Day off : Saturday and Sunday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php12, Php15,000.00 per month
