Titanium Mobile is seeking a reliable, organized, detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist. Candidates should be able to comfortably handle and process large quantities of data accurately and effectively. Previous experience with computer data entry systems and processes are preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recording
  • Confirm that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation
  • Organize and maintain original paper evidence
  • Transcribe, scan or photocopy hard copy documents and forms as needed
  • Self-audit work, checking for errors or duplication
  • Organize files in a logical and manageable fashion
  • Input, track, and maintain all encoded data and records
  • Report any major errors or inconsistencies to upper management
  • Maintain report logs of in-progress and/or completed work
  • Filing and organizing important documents
  • Keeping shared office spaces organized
  • Effectively and respectfully communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a variety of different formats
  • Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and finding solutions.

Requirements:

  • Punctual and prepared at all times
  • Works quickly, but accurately
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Filipino)
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Experience with SAP software preferred
  • Strong time manager with respect for deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent typing skills and experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
