As an HR Engagement Officer, you'll play a key role in shaping our organizational culture and communication strategy. You'll support the Culture & Strategy Management Unit by designing and implementing programs that foster engagement, collaboration, and performance across the organization.

What You'll Do

Culture Development & Program Implementation

  • Design frameworks and interventions aligned with business strategy
  • Support tools and processes that drive employee engagement
  • Encourage participation in culture-building initiatives
  • Collaborate on data collection and analysis for engagement metrics
  • Research best practices in organizational culture

Employee Relations & Event Management

  • Plan and execute strategy cascades, rewards, and wellness events
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manage procurement processes
  • Develop event guidelines and maintain documentation

Employee Communications

  • Create communication materials for organizational changes and initiatives
  • Manage messaging for performance and engagement programs

Strategy Management

  • Support strategic planning and performance improvement efforts
  • Conduct industry research and benchmarking
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in HR, focusing on employee engagement and organizational development/effectiveness.
  • Willingness to conduct offsite field work as needed
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup based in Ortigas, Pasig
