Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Loan Processor with a strong background in debt and mortgage loan processing for both commercial and residential lending. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to exercise sound judgment in handling complex loan transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process loan applications for commercial and residential lending.

  • Assess and verify borrower financial information and documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with clients, lenders, and internal teams to facilitate smooth loan processing.

  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of loan files.
